How to organize your tennis lesson schedule

A practical workflow for weekly lessons, court details and schedule changes, with one place to check the next session.

Start with one weekly view

Write down each lesson’s date, start time, duration, student and court. Include individual sessions and group sessions in the same view so you can check your day before confirming another booking. Leave time between lessons when you need to change courts or travel.

Make the next lesson easy to find

Once a booking is agreed, record it in your schedule. Give the player the exact time and location, rather than relying on a long message thread. In Partizado, a connected player can see upcoming lessons in their own dashboard.

Record changes where the lesson lives

If rain, a court closure or a player’s absence changes the plan, update the affected lesson and communicate the new arrangement. Agree cancellation rules beforehand: a canceled lesson and a completed lesson should not be treated as the same event.

Close the loop after the session

Record attendance after the lesson and add a short coaching note. Review tomorrow’s schedule before leaving the court. Try this workflow with one student first, then add your other players once the routine feels clear.
