How to track tennis lesson packages and attendance

Keep purchased sessions, attendance and payment status clear for you and your players, without mixing up money and lesson balances.

Define the package before selling it

Give each package a clear name, session count, price and validity period. Explain which lessons it covers and what happens with late cancellations. Keep these terms with the package so both you and the player can refer back to the same agreement.

Separate payment from attendance

A payment records money received. Attendance records a lesson delivered. Keep both records, because a paid package may still have unused sessions, and an attended lesson may still be unpaid. Partizado keeps package balances and payment tracking in the coach workspace.

Use a simple balance check

For example, an eight-session package starts with eight remaining sessions. After one eligible lesson is recorded as attended, seven remain. Check the lesson and package history if the balance looks wrong; do not change the total just to make it match a guess.

Discuss renewal before the last session

Review low balances while preparing your week and ask the player whether they want another package. A connected player can check their remaining sessions in their dashboard. Make renewal a conversation about their next training block, with clear terms and a separate payment record.
